Meetings
The public and press are invited to attend Parish Council meetings to observe proceedings and at the discretion of the Council may pose questions or make a short statement during the open forum agenda item. Members of the public are not entitled to comment during other agenda items.
Meetings are held at St Luke's Church Hall, Coppice Road.

The agenda is published and available here three clear days prior to the meeting.
Agenda for the meeting of the Council to be held on the 31st March at 7:00pm.
The minutes of each meeting are published within 4 weeks of the respective meeting. Minutes are subject to approval at the following meeting of the Council.
Residents are welcome to attend meetings to observe or ask a question. If you wish to attend please email clerk@willastonparishcouncil.org.uk to register your attendance. It would be appreciated if questions can be submitted by 5pm the day before the meeting.

The Council does not meet in December.
